Ok but not what I am used to.

Was ok the room was clean, but the hotel and casino not so much. The construction was an inconvenience. Some of the hotel staff at the front desk need to remember they are the face of the hotel and should act like it. Was very rude.

Check was 30 minutes past normal checkin. Check in hostesses were rude. Yelled at me over 50 feet away to come to the checkin registration station. Should have walked over to me to let me know I could check in.

My family and I had a 2 night stay. House keeping did not come clean our room at lease come get the trash. We had to asked for extra towels and cups. Trash was full no coffee, or towels. We just build up trash nice hotel but bad service with house keeping.

Grambling weekend

Only disappointments were not replenishing towels and smoky atmosphere due to casino but service from Dragos (special shout out to Zachary) & spa staff—Ewanya, Laquita—best stone massage EVER & Cookie —super friendly, great service & helpful!!!! Even Dior at ESPN Bet. Your people are truly your greatest asset—know that for sure!!!!
