We had a wonderful stay at Le Pavillon. The hotel itself has so much charm and character classic New Orleans elegance with modern comfort. We did run into a small hiccup with our room at check-in, but the staff handled it perfectly and made things right without hesitation. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly and eager to help, which really stood out. The location is ideal close enough to walk to the French Quarter but far enough to enjoy a quiet night’s rest. Between the beautiful lobby, comfortable rooms, and excellent service, this hotel really captures the spirit of Southern hospitality. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to New Orleans.

We arrived to find that there was a power outage and the manager stated that emails were sent out that morning , which I guess ours got lost . We weren’t offered any help in relocating or a discount on future stays or anything, which I’m upset, I used to love staying at this hotel. Very disappointed.

The staff were great. You need a head manager presence. Someone who is large and in charge. Someone who can really train the staff and keep on top of the employees to make the service top notch. The young bellman would excel with mentorship. They have excellent intent yet they are left with little on the job training. Upon arrival -The bed that I had was obviously not cleaned. Fitted sheet had folds and hair and fur on it that someone with an animal had been there. The desk help came up and made the bed for me before she went home. She went above and beyond - Irash I believe is her name. Sorry if I spelled it wrong. The PBJ and bar was so well placed. Gathering spaces on the first floor were perfect. My room was well appointed in room 819. Thanks you for renovating that historic hotel. It means a lot to preserve history.
