Perfect location to Canal and Bourbon st. Walking distance to Superdome and all attractions. Staff was friendly and nice. Rooms were nicely renovated. Valet parking was quick and easy. I would stay here again.

I generally love the Marriott brand and consider myself a loyal guest, but my recent stay at the AC Hotel in New Orleans left some areas that could be improved. The room floor was not clean upon arrival, the shower only had small pumps of soap left, and the room was uncomfortably hot (I was unable to lower the thermostat below 65°F). Additionally, I noticed that the areas around the hallways and the entrance to the elevator could use more attention, as they appeared worn and not as well-maintained as I’ve come to expect from Marriott properties. I hope these issues can be addressed so that future stays meet the high standards I’ve come to expect. I appreciate the team’s attention to these concerns. Loved the staff!!!!

Its a nice hotel ,a bit outdated rooms though.The outside of the hotel is smelly and dirty.i know its not the hotels fault for the smell or dirtyness.Very sad that this city is liketjis .it looks like a nice place to visit however the homeless peolpe,smell and dirty restaurants will not have me coming back #bucket list.

The coffee pot was dirty and hard to get it plugged in because of the position it was in. Also the shower wasn’t very clean around the doors and floor.

Great area with multiple options in food, lounges and more. Quiet and clean. The majority of the staff was amazing, there was two I didn’t care for that appeared to hide in the back while one was dragging a line out. There was one staff who went show and beyond to make sure I had my nephews left behind belongings and placed it in an uber.

At front desk young lady was unfriendly very unrespectfully I did booked 2 king bed she give two double bed then ask to change she says I not have king bed I says I did booking 2 room king bed .. she says u can come over tomorrow to talk to the manager they will be here in the morning so frustrating when u travel with kids and family this service hotel is very poor I will not recommend to anyone
