"Nice, biggest downfall was no elevator. Had to haul luggage up to flights of stairs. I was travelling with a senior so this made it challenging with stair and mobility. Poll looked nice and the restaurant Tom’s was very up beat and had friendly staff."

"The property was clean and most of the staff was freindly. The brakfast was on point as always. I did not take use of the outdoor pool, but it was clean and accessible."

"Overall I wanted to love this property from the pictures, but after spending my time there it was pretty ok. We got to the room and it was really nice, despite the view having some constriction but overall still nice. I lived the bathroom the most. The kitchen area was nice as well but the fridge was not cleaned properly. There was hair in a lot of different places and it seemed like the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned which I was not happy about but I just ignored it. Call me old school but I wish they had an iron and iron board, instead they had a steamer. The pool had a bit of construction going on but it was okay overall. This hotel has a lot of potential and I enjoyed my stay, just didn’t have the wow factor that I was expecting."

"We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately it did not meet our expectations. Upon arrival, the room had a strong smell of cleaning products mixed with dampness. After returning later and turning on the AC, a mouldy, wet odor became more noticeable. The room was very outdated. The furniture looked worn, the carpet appeared dirty, and the overall space did not match the photos online. While the bed was comfortable and clean, the exposed metal bed frame added to the dated feel. The bathroom was extremely cramped, with barely enough room to move. The layout made it difficult to use the space comfortably, and the fixtures felt old and hard to operate. The shower area was also very restrictive. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which we appreciated. However, the condition of the room and the mismatch with the advertised photos significantly impacted our stay. We would not stay here again."
