This hotel was the complete opposite experience from Yotel hotel—absolutely excellent. The property was clean, modern, and well maintained. The room was spotless, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and comfortable. The staff members were extremely kind, professional, and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Everyone we interacted with was helpful and friendly. The only small downside is that the pool is a bit on the smaller side, but that did not take away from the experience at all. I would definitely recommend Novotel Miami Brickell and would happily stay here again.

The room itself was good; however, the service did not meet expectations. I encountered a last-minute issue related to the credit card used for the deposit on an already fully paid reservation, and the staff was not very accommodating. Unfortunately, the manager was particularly unpleasant. I understand that hotels have policies, but in other hotels similar situations are handled without making guests feel distrusted. Flexibility and empathy in last-minute situations are part of good hospitality.

The hotel is beautiful but ..parking is way too expensive and the staff upon check in were a little dry and rude however the morning staff were very wonderful. I probably would stay here again if the rates were a lot cheaper to factor in the parking.. They also used the parking area as their storage area so it’s pretty junky on the first floor of parking.
