"we are very unsatisified with the staff mostly-- check in went well-- however there was a huge wet spot in front of the sink that took 2 days to dry-- my main issue is with the staff when they " mistakingly" erased our room keys on the second day, we paid for 4 nights and when we got back late ( 11 pm ) on the second night, we could not get in, our things were all in the room meds, clothes etc. we were going to have to sleep in our car if we could not get in-- the desk did give us a new key ( I didn't think it would be staffed at that hour), but with no appology and no compensation of any kind-- I tried many times to call a manager number they gavae me but I feel it is bogus number-- no results. I will be in corrrespondence with management and ask for some compensation for our inconvienience. We will never stay at a Ramada again"
