Awesome location. Nice room. No way that is a king size bed it was barley a queen, but beautiful view of the harbor. Easy in and out for Uber drivers. Would stay again

I was surprised they charged for everything such as wifi and coffee. We asked for a luggage cart and was told it was a valet service. It was a busy weekend and they did not bring on adequate staff. We had an unacceptably long line to check in and an unacceptably long line for overpriced coffee in the morning. Parking was more expensive than other hotels.

Very unimpressed that a hotel in 2025 would not have free WiFi… accidentally purchased WiFi when I thought I was just signing in to free WiFi and the front desk staff was very short and annoyed when I asked to be refunded my $13. $36 a day for parking was ridiculous- should be included or way cheaper. Was not told about a breakfast and when I went down to ask about complimentary coffee, was told there wasn’t any and so I had to buy a coffee at the cafe that was basically $9 hot water. 4 out of 5 ice machines on the various floors were out of order. Room was clean. Overall, not impressed with my overly expensive stay….
