Compared to my previous visit, this stay was terrible to say the least. There were not enough towels in the room and when we requested for some, they claimed they had no more towels available. They then started the blame game of accusing the linen/laundry delivery firm of incompetence. The phone was also not working and a service person had to come in to fix that. The bathroom stank as well. Breakfast at $20/head was abysmal. Even the coffee had a burnt taste. For an IHG hotel, this hotel is truly an embarrassment.

Front desk staff ready to say no before listening.

The room was okay, the bathroom was dirty, specifically the door and showers . Front desk staff were very unhelpful and not willing to help. We had to speak to the manager, to be finally received the help needed.
