The water heater was broken and themn later the hot water came on... The lobby had not one but two rats running around the lobby while i was at the bar watching the game on tv... The room was neat but filthy. The shower dirty.. I ask you to have the hotel reimburse me for my stay.. It was disgusting and i as you Expedia to accept sending me my money back and taking them off your list of hotels .. This is terrible. i been a customer of u for a long time.. This is not nice or acceptable and you should. reimburse me for my stay.

Everything was amazing. The check in was easy, love the pre check in. I was able to do valet before I arrived, which was a plus. And, the room loved it. Neat, clean and bed very comfortable. LB Tavern love that is in hotel so I didn’t have to go out to eat. And, the food was delicious and my drink was good too. I will be booking again.

Unfortunately my room was changed about 3 times within two nights 1st room was Very small and dark , room was switched room was very ok hallway to the room smelled really bad , 1st night after moving into the 2nd room the heater went up it was very cold , the 3rd room was ok last stay
