The overall stay was GREAT! Room clean, bed not so comfortable, Hotel was incredible actually, the ONLY issue i had was just 1 very rude counter person that gave my son a hard time over buying a softdrink out of lobby. Treated him like he was bothering her and then just yelled at him to just take it because she didnt want to deal with it, then as he started to walk off started hollaring about paying for it.

No room available when pre-paid for room
Terrible service. We pre-paid for a room months in advance and when I arrived there was no room available and it was almost midnight after football game. No assistance at all by hotel or hotels.com to find me a new place and I had to pay a lot more for new hotel last minute.
