This was literally one of the worst Hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The toilet sounded like someone heaving every time you flushed it. There were long black hairs made into my bed under the covers. Stains on the pullout sofa. The outdoor seating is infested with lantern flies. The pool is a bathtub that you can’t even use unless you make a reservation. I didn’t see that anywhere on the listing. They didn’t even have coffee Saturday for the breakfast buffet and it didn’t arrive until an hour after the buffet had closed. I will say some of the staff, Charlotte and Josh in particular were lovely. The worst part, and probably the primary reason I’m even bothering with this review,we didn’t have AC in my room the whole time. When we called, they promised to send a technician right away and no one came. Then the next day when we went downstairs, they did send the technician who said it couldn’t be fixed while we were in the room. when we asked if we would be compensated, they said they could do nothing because we booked through Expedia. They didn’t even offer to swap our rooms. I have asthma and my sister-in-law has high blood pressure, it was literally miserable in there.
