Hotel was comfortable and breakfast was available. Location was good as it was in the city centre. Unfortunately the pool was very small and not heated at the time, the fitness room however was fine.
The room was really gross and there was hair everywhere in the bathroom. The carpet and couch had a ton of suspicious looking stains and the half the floorboards were missing. The shower didnt drain and there was mold in the corners. Housekeeping acted like they were about to go into my room when I was leaving for the day and I came back to it not being touched. Overall just a really uncomfortable stay. Do not recommend this place
Really nice hotel, good area but limited food options on property. Lobby bar reportedly offered bar type food but when asked they recommended ordering out or walking somewhere.
Room had no AC and Staff had no interest in helping us get another room. However, the repair guy was extremely helpful and nice.
We did get a second room and there was not cold water in the sink and the door did not self close.
In the morning the coffee machine was broken.
Your daily cost per night was very good.

The room was clean, however the toilet seat was peeling off, the tv was broken so I couldn’t watch anything. The fridge was broken as well, I put my food in it, hours later realized the fridge wasn’t working so I had to throw the food out.
The location was great and the staff were friendly. I requested housekeeping each day. One day they only changed the towels and took out the trash; the bed was never made. The other days they did not clean at all despite my requesting housekeeping. I even texted the concierge on the line they said I could use, since they texted me before from it to see how I was doing. The restaurant was understaffed and never open. I chose this hotel because it had a restaurant.
The room was first class. Beds were comfortable, the shower was good, and the sitting area was spacious and comfortable. The young lady ar the desk was very helpful. The breakfast was okay but not great.
