We booked a king room, but got a room with double beds. My husband is 6’5. His feet were hanging off bed. It was very uncomfortable for both of us. I called and spoke with manager, Kiara, and she said there is nothing she can do. She then stated she could give me point if I was a member which I am. Then she stated that there is nothing she can do because we booked through a third party. I told her our reservations was for a king. She said they honor members first. So, we were just out of luck I guest. I have never had that happen before. I was disappointed in her unwillingness to do nothing for our inconvenience. I would like something for this uncomfortable room. Thank you

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Experience! Aloft BWI Baltimore was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The exceptional driver, Francisco, set the tone with his professionalism and warm energy. And let me tell you — Nas, the bartender, was just as amazing! The service, the vibe, the hospitality… everything was on point. When traveling back, this will definitely be my home away from home. Highly recommend! 🙌✨

The hotel was very clean, with a quiet atmosphere. Has a nice indoor pool and weight room, but no hot-tub. No actual restaurant where you can sit down at a table and order, did not approve of paying $15.00 a day for parking.

The whole purpose we picked this hotel was because of the pool - the filter was not turn on and you can see the water was visibility dirty. The hotel room itself was okay, def has wear and tear on it.

Booked a room at nearly midnight 10 minutes before arriving. Front desk was well-staffed and ready to greet me. Check-in was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Was able to take a shower and catch some sleep before returning to the airport in a few hours.

Surprisingly, it was very noisy this night. I was in room 217 and heard music all night and the sound of maybe people playing pool. Also the room I was in wasn’t up to par. The wooden panel on the desk in room was coming apart in rear which could easily be seen.
