Horrible stay

We had arrived at 1 in morning after giving them the heads up because of flight delays. We were exhausted. We finally got to sleep around two and at 8 in the morning they started DRILLING right by our room!! My son and I were exhausted and I went to talk to manager and she said we can move you up! I looked at her and said we are now awake and showered and still exhausted I said if you knew this was going to happen why didn’t u give us a different room last night. She said didn’t anyone tell u we were renovating and I said OBVIOUSLY NO! She would not discount or refund because we booked through hotels .com!! I am driving home exhausted
