What stood out is how the staff handled a mishap...we were reassigned to another room because after a day of fun we returned to an unclean room. We were upgraded to a suite with a harbor view (lovely). The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. One thing that is not a favorite of mine is carpet in the room. Good central location. Parking is pricey. Breakfast is not included and there is fee charged for amenities. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

I always enjoy my stay here. It’s my getaway without having to go too far. It’s always peaceful, clean, and stress free. The only thing I would suggest is maybe having better access to the garage. I’ll definitely be back, I love it there!!

The staff was very nice, but the hotel has definitely seen better days. None of the outlets in the bathroom were working, one of the towels was dirty, and the toilet sounded like a wounded animal. Room was very specious though and location is great.

As I write this, Im listening to the pipes of the room above be. Every ounce of the shower…. Loud! This is my 3rd visit to this hotel and Ive never experienced this. Some noise but I was awoken by the shower and facilities above. Unacceptable. Oh and no microwave in the room-weird.
