The room was very clean. It was quiet on the 3rd floor at the end of the hallway. We asked for rooms together for a group of 6 but we were spread out over 3 floors. It’s a great place to park your vehicle when you go to BWI.

We missed our connecting flight so we had to get a hotel room for the evening. The van drivers to and from the hotel were excellent. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. The woman at the front desk when we checked in, was not friendly, and did not direct us to the elevator so we had to come back and ask because there are two Towers. She also gave us bad information about the van the next morning, telling us to be down there 20 minutes before the van was due to leave …there wasn’t a soul around and we could’ve used that extra 20 minutes of sleep.

Check in was very disorganized. When I finally got my room and was settled in, I was suddenly surprised by two other guests entering my room by using their key, who by the way didn’t know. So I had to call down at the front desk and announce that someone else also has my room keys and they are headed down to secure another room. No apologies to say no compensation very unsettling.
