Dissapointing one bedroom suite

The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. I slept on the sofa instead. I could feel a lot of springs. Crazy that the bathroom is an ensuite in a 1 bedroom suite where the person on the sofa has to sneak quietly into the bedroom/bathroom to not wake up the person in the bed. Will not stay in that setup again.

It was a bit smaller than what I expected from pictures. Understand that happens with pictures. Couch was stained, blinds didnโ€™t work in living room area. Remotes didnโ€™t work but front desk sent someone up to fix it.

Ez cruise port access via Uber. Easy walk to little Italy for outstanding dining options. Starbucks in the building makes up for the awful provided coffee. The suite had kitchen facility and great water pressure in the bath. Clean - but small odd beds. Still for the price worth it for a one night precruise stay

We had to change room 3 times. Odor in the room is uintolerable and everything was dirty in all 3 rooms. We felt like we are trapped. Hotel wonโ€™t give us refund because I booked with you and you couldnโ€™t do anything to make our stay better. We were visiting for medical reasons, we had 6 doctors appointments and everything was exhausting. We couldnโ€™t rest at all overnight.

The front of the house staff and bell (man, his name is slipping my mind) were super helpful and extremely nice. They said they would hold our things if our room wasn't ready, which it was. They even took our things up to our room and brought everything in for us. We also had a fantastic view of the port from our room.
