The room lacked basic amenities such as coffee, water, floor mats, iron, phone, etc. The steamer was broken. The marketplace was bare and offered no toiletries and the only snacks are chips and cereal with no milk. The restaurant served me a burger with a broken piece of plastic inside. Would give it a zero but the aesthetics are nice.

This went way above my expectations! We were treated with exceptional customer service, we’re so impressed with the breakfast, and loved the beautiful designs throughout the hotel.
