"This hotel is perfectly situated in the Theater District. We were able to walk to all of the Broadway shows that we had planned this weekend. I enjoyed that they have free breakfast and they had quite a selection offered. The only thing that I would complain about is the elevator situation. Sometimes you have to wait up to 15 minutes for a elevator during busy times. And being on the 30th floor I definitely was not going to take the stairs!"

"We have been coming to the New Yorker for many years. Older hotel that's bones have some character. Some of the cheaper rooms are small. Staff is always accommodating, and location can't be beat."

"Our stay in New York was amazing! The hotel location is incredible and made it very easy to explore the city. The hotel itself is very good, super clean and organized, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. We loved everything! As a suggestion, it would be great if they had a minibar in the room, as it would make the experience even better. Other than that, everything was wonderful and we would definitely stay there again!"

"For a hotel at this level there should be coffee and tea in the room or free coffee stations in the lobby. To expect guest to pay for tea or coffee is not commendable."

"I stayed at this hotel every week for about 4 months because of my job. The best thing about this hotel is that it’s close to everything. Grand Central Terminal is right next door. Times Square is in walking distance. The subway, metro north and the Long Island Railroad is next door. 5 th avenue is one block away. This hotel is a little dated and could use some renovations. The furniture is a little old. This hotel is a little pricey but the location is excellent."
