Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Vermieter hat sich vorab nicht gemeldet, Adresse der Ferienwohnung unklar, Vermieter über Expedia nicht zu erreichen, ließ sich am Telefon seiner Immobilienagentur verleugnen. Konnten die Reise nicht deshalb nicht antreten. Es gibt auch keine Möglichkeit Expedia in solchen Fällen (weder vorher noch nachher) zu kontaktieren, wir nehmen reinen Betrug an, unklar, ob wir das Geld zurückerhalten. Da wir um Bewertung des Vermieters gebeten wurden, nehmen wir an, dass er auch das Geld erhalten hat, ohne je eine Leistung erbracht zu haben.
