Room was okay but everything else you have to pay for. Total rip off. Parking $21 per day, no breakfast, downstairs shop do not go to $9 per bottle of water and top of that you will lose playing at this casino. Visiting the tower is not free for no one with coupon $15 per person....

The STRAT has an adequate balance between amenities offered and price. Rooms were renovated and in good conditions. The pool is in the 8th floor so the access and privacy are adequate.

You know, I really like to gamble at The Strat! I can’t complain about the ambiance, but the older rooms are in desperate need of a remodel.

There wasn’t a microwave in the room or on the property at all which was very inconvenient. No room service either and the carpets were dirty and the sink in the bathroom smelled like sewage. The pool on the 24th floor did not allow access and was also closed off due to construction. The hotel is at the opposite end of the strip from the others. I wouldn’t stay here again.

We checked in and were offered a room upgrade to the “new part” of the building. We got two room adjoining with 2 of us in each room for a girls weekend in Vegas. One room was 90 degrees and the ac didn’t work. The side with ac opened the door to share the suffering. When we upgraded we were excited! An extra $200 for both rooms. When we arrived to a hot room and opened the blinds we saw a wall w mechanical units. Only 3 inches of sky at the top of the window. Darn it! Two of us went to the pool while the others waited for Strat staff to fix the AC. The two with the unfortunate ac issue Only got about 20 minutes of pool time due to the long hot wait. When we went back after the pool we were locked out. They moved our friends to a different unit. The key reader no longer worked. Security came up to fix the key situation but it didn’t work. We had to leave for a show and then get security involved again and had to wait about 30 minutes to gain access to our room. They were unable to reprogram our keys. The only time our key worked was at checkin. The ice machine was broken we could get no ice without going to the bar. There were no wash clothes and no hand towels. Only two bath sized towels. The bellman was not able to help us with a cart for our luggage because we were not VIP. We saw a cockroach in the hallway. The local rideshare drivers told us the Stratosphere is known for its poor accommodations. I wondered if the jump tower experience for $149 is for a breeze when no ac.
