    Beautiful Location, BUT!!

    The location and property were awesome. The view was spectacular, and the daily views were enjoyable to watch. Some things were not what we would call acceptable and need attention. Prior to arriving, made attempts to find exactly where the location was for transportation to the room. This was not communicated and some stressful moment accrued and didn’t start our time there pleasant. After arrival, the tour and explanation of the property was top notch . The dishwasher was out of operation, and looks like it has been for quit awhile. After a few hours there we noticed a few things that we wanted to address. We contact our manager, and he arrived later the next day. One; for four people in the property, there was only three beach towels, one bath towel per person, only one wash cloth and two hand towels. We were to stay in the property for 9 days. It was discussed about house keeping. One was to be arranged once at no charge. The gentleman was to text me with a day and time. Never happened and my wife ended up cleaning the property one day. And finally, we needed a jug of water to finish out the week. This took two days to receive an answer, and when we did receive the water, the price was different (lower) then the first one. As far as comfort, for there being four of us in the property, the pool patio is EXTREMELY small, and only really good for two people. The main room has no A/C and room gets extensively warm in the afternoons, so be aware.

    Its a perfect location, place is beautiful, view, pictures do not do it justice...I have been at least 24 different places, this is right up there....zihuat is a special place, the people, culture, food, beaches, Food: Carmalitias, Jungle Pizza, Papa Locos, are a must.

    Great Vacation

    This was our second return holiday to Zihua and to Kua Kan- our first to this unit. This is a well maintained unit that offered weekly housekeeping. The housekeeper always brought fresh flowers, very thorough and friendly. Oscar, the son of Oscar senior, and Mannie always answered any questions but there were hardly any issues of concern. They both made check in and out seamless with airport pickup and return. We hope to return next year. This holiday was for one month

    Comfortable balcony with gorgeous, unobstructed views of Madera beach and a wading pool. Nice bedrooms and baths, clean and welcoming, with a well-equipped kitchen.

    Condo location & view were amazing! You could walk to many restaurants & stores. Needs another lounge chair for the deck and better bed linens other than that the place suited or needs. Looked exactly like the pictures, spectacular view of downtown Zihua & the bay.

    Perfect stay in Zihua

    The appartement has everything you need for a great stay. Perfect walkable location to town and beaches, nice and airy and well equipped. Communication with the host is quick and proffesional. Would definitely come back!
