サイトには1棟貸しの為、共用するのは同行者のみとなっているのに、実際は部屋貸しで共用者がいました。部屋の電気もつかなかった。 記載と違うので返金を求めましたが、部屋を使用していないにも関わらず、サービス料、清掃料、消費税分は戻りませんでした。オーナーの対応も返金できないの一点張りで、日本語が通じず困りました。

I had small problem in the room but the host was taking care us well and could feel comfortable.They are not stay in the facility but maybe stay nearby, so they can come at anytime if need,Thank you very much once again
