"Being February, had excellent winter rates. We did not use the pool nor restaurant. However, when looking at a menu, I was pleasantly surprise that prices were very reasonable. We did have one problem. On our first morning, we foud out that the GFI outlets in the bathrooms did not work. That was reported to Guest Services and in about 20-30 minutes, help arrived. They said a circuit breaker was tripped. On the 2nd morning, the GFI outlets still did not work. We could not find a tripped circuit breaker. On check out, we reported the situstion again. We will be back to Williamsburg later in the year and intend to stay there again if we can find favorable rates."

"The staff was AMAZING! The room and property were clean and the ladies doing the breakfast were very quick to keep the tables cleaned between guests and to keep everything in filled. My four stars was only because the bed pillows smelled like sweaty head. I have very sensitive smell and could smell it through the pillow cases, please note that the pillowcases were clean it was just the smell of the pillows. Maybe time for a replacement. I will go back the next time I am in the area. Thank you to Lorna - a great manager who checked in on us frequently and was super nice at check in."
