OMGoodness. There aren't enough words to describe this beautiful, friendly, clean, quiet, within budget, close to all of the spots but still back in the cut, feels like home "get-away". My partner even loved it and most men could not care less. I luv luv luv it and this will likely now be our "every year" December get-away. And the cherry on top...I was given a link for early check-in. My partner got their first, grabbed the keys and parking passes and all that I needed to do was walk in. We reserved the two bedroom. It comes with a kitchenette, three televisions with cable tv, fireplace, balcony and jacuzzi. I could go on...

Nice stay, clean. Check out at 10 was too early. And why have a fireplace or advertise one when it doesn’t work- very disappointing. Other than those two items it was a nice stay.

The place itself was nice. Check out was early (10AM!) for a Sunday. Some policies felt strange, essentially take your own trash out and start the dishwasher. Haven't seen this before anywhere. I also got the room I did for the jacuzzi, but the water would run cold before it covered the jets so I couldn't use it. The staff was friendly. I'd give it a 3.5/5, due to the jacuzzi not being usable and the checkout policies. Rounding up though as the stay felt more positive than negative for sure.

The room and furnishing were COVERED in pet fur and there were pieces of pet food/treats on the floor. The room was NOT clean. There was an electrical problem in the bathroom that caused half of the lights to flicker and die. The staff was informed and didn't seem to care.

The carpet was fresh & looked liked it had been recently shampooed. The beds were very comfortable especially with the quality linens. My only concern was with the handicap Accessible shower. It was fine for a wheelchair, but for an individual with mobility problems, it needed to have some type nonslip surface.

Staff at the front desk and guest services desk were, without exception, friendly, helpful, and attentive. The room was very spacious and generally clean. There was one unpleasant looking stain on one of the sofa cushions and the upholstery on one of the dining room chairs was in need of repair. The room came with a very spacious bathroom with whirlpool tub. The room also had a lovely porch overlooking a park-like area with tennis and basketball courts.
