Great location, rooms were fine. Only complain was flooring was filthy dirty. My granddaughters feet were black after walking around for 10 mins. They need to mop - no just sweep the floors. Staff was very nice.
The resort was really nice, staff was very friendly and helpful. This was our first time staying on the resort and we really enjoyed it. The only thing that really bothered me is our newbies in the bottom were really loud and didn’t care to be quiet. After a long day at Busch gardens we just wanted to sleep but got woken up multiple times my the noise.
Overall, our stay was ok. The space was clean and had plenty of towels. The parking attendant at the entrance was very helpful and friendly. However, I cannot recommend this location for two reasons. When we checked in we were accosted and expected to attend a breakfast to hear about time share options. We were not there for that!! The other thing was that the portion of the building we stayed in was attached to the larger part of the condo. The door that separated our part from the other part of the unit had a large gap and was next to their kitchen. It was very loud.
Check in was great, beautiful property. Ample parking, friendly staff. Suite was comfortable and super clean. We will definitely book here again!

Close to area attractions. Definitely needs to be updated. Beds were not comfortable and the cleanliness could have been better.

Clean but facilities could use an upgrade. Things first appear higher end but fade once you actually use them. Lots of pools and hot tubs. Decent gym with sauna and steam room. Things were good enough for a weekend stay with friends for Busch Gardens.
Great property. Peaceful and quiet. My only complaint, and it’s more on me, was not realizing that there was no onsite food options and there was nothing in walking distance. But an easy fix for next time.
King's Creek by Spinnaker is a very nice resort. The 2 bedroom cottage was clean and spacious. The staff at check in were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return some day.

The total bill was supposed to be paid on arrival, but they charged me part of the bill a month ahead of time. They also charged me after I checked out which resulted in an overcharge of $143.00. The condo had a funky smell so we had to open the windows while we were there. The dryer vent was disconnected and there was lint everywhere in the laundry closet. There were two small pans for cooking, both of which were warped and had scratches in the non-stick coating. There was a water stain on the ceiling of the bedroom and the shower liner was too short. These condos are tired and it shows. I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me.

The stay was wonderful but the carelessness from staff and the money I have loss is another problem with in itself. I used hotels.com to book my stay at Kings Creek at Spinnaker located in Williamsburg, Va.I had to pay a deposit to hold my reservation. When I arrived to the resort they charged me the full amount and told me I would have to call hotels.com to dispute the deposit charge. This morning when I checked out of the resort 4 hours later I noticed that an additional amount was taken off my credit card without my consent or any explanation. I made contact directly with the resort and spoke with a front desk clerk that was very unprofessional and could only provide that there was a note on the account stating the other front desk clerk accidentally ran my card again thinking that I didn’t pay for the stay but the money would refund to my card 7-10 days. I receive no call or email to let me know that my card was accidentally ran and that it would be taken care of which is unacceptable. The initial clerk I spoke was very unprofessional and told me I would need to call back the next day because there was no manager on duty. When I called the next day I spoke with another clerk who stated that the manager was not on duty as of yet and to call back again. When I finally spoke with the manager I was advised that the front desk clerk should not have ran my card twice. This was my first stay ever at this resort and has definitely left a bad feeling about ever staying here again
The 1-bedroom apartment was average in size and amenities. We were provided only two coffee setups despite being there three nights. The bathtub had visible hair and needed a good wipedown. The bathroom sink had a resident milipede that was seen twice (I refused to touch it).
Our unit had two apartments. We were in "B" and you really are at the mercy of the courtesy of your neighbor. Ours routinely came into the shared front door and then their unit door very loudly- slamming both doors several times repeatedly at all hours.
The complex is large and nicely maintained. It appears to have several great options including a playground, aquatic center and minigolf. We didnt use any of them as our plans were to visit historic sites during our stay.
I suggest bringing hearty snacks and beverages if visiting. We were exhausted one evening and no one would deliver... no local places or uber eats options. One restaurant stated it was too difficult to navigate the large complex and security. We ended up eating chips for one dinner as a result.

Great location for doing all the things in Williamsburg. Good choice for family/extended family trip. We had kids and grandkids and the 2 bedroom
Was perfect. The amenities too were everything the kids love-pool, playground and putting course.
The furniture needs cleaning as there were stains on the sofas. The kitchen wasn’t equipped well and the beds, pullows and linens were not comfortable.

Relaxing..ish Stay
The cottage was tight for two adults with a toddler and infant. Tub was unusable, tried filling the first night for babies to bathe and black gunk came out of the tub jets. Used in inflatable tub for the week-long stay. Was nice to have the amenities, and the property was very serene.
Awesome property and very nice staff. My only complaint was that our condo smelled strongly of curry powder the first night and wasn’t decorated like the pictures. Pretty bland and basic, but still nice.
My only complaint was asking for more bath towels and sheets for the pull out couch 3 times. I was very frustrated having to ask 3 times since sheets were not left from housekeeping the shift before we arrived- I had to use the blanket supplied as a sheet and run to target to buy blankets for my kids. I found this very frustrating. 3 times I had to ask because the front desk does not have these supplies and needs to put a request in with housekeeping.
