I did not have a good experience. I was unable to get in my room, I had to go to the front desk 3 times to get access to my room, which was a broken key bad, that wasn’t repaired prior.

The room was okay. The hotel didn't have a hottub as advertised and their pool was closed. There public restroom toilet was overflowing and the public places did look like they did on the pics. The staff was nice and professional and the cleaning people are doing a great job but clearly the Hotel needs to pay a lot more attention to upkeep and maintenance. The patio door and screen were hard to open and coming off the track. The elevator and hallways need the carpet cleaned.

This hotel is old, needs to be renovated, and was dirty. The woman at teh front desk, who was being trained, looked sloppy and unkempt. The room was dark and dingy and I did not feel comfortable or safe at this property. I actually checked out after going into my room . I decided to stay somewhere else.

Leaky bathroom ceiling

Ceiling flooded at 430am and bathroom unusable. I was advised they are unable to give refund due to 3rd party booking. They did put me in a different room 5am but the room with original issues apparently had a flooding history and staff knew it. Also had A/c issues and sliding door to balcony was broken. They booked a room they knew was in need of serious repairs.

Do not stay at this location! I stayed there for a week and will never return. My room was bug infested, dirty and I received no house keeping services. The first night a house keeper came to my room after 5pm. I asked her to come back after I got my things to leave. She responded in a disgusted and angry tone- “ you want me to do what?” I decided not to bother her again and she didn’t return again ye entire week. I emptied my trash daily and got fresh towels from the front desk. The hotel also had a weird vibe- the front desk and marketplace employees wore head bonnets and frequently laid around in the lounge area. That was confusing to me. Are there any professional attire or work expectations? I could not get a refund, so I had to stay, but It will not return when I’m back in the area for work. I have also advised my colleagues not to stay at this location in the future.

I would not recommend a stay here. The room smells damp, it’s worn out and dirty, the AC unit made a horrible noise every five minutes so we couldn’t sleep. Probably the WORST experience we have ever had. Can’t believe this is a Marriot.
