Fantastic apartment, with East/Southeast orientation, located on the first floor (no lift) of the residence/complex "Xeresa del Monte", attached to the mountain slope, near the village of Xeresa, 8 km from the city of Gandia, capital of the region, and 3 km from the nearest fine sand beach in the municipality of Xeraco. Its geographical location therefore offers a calm and serene environment, away from the worldly noise, ideal for recharging and resting.



Accommodation on a single floor, spacious and comfortable. It consists of a living room/lounge with sofa, armchair and large 4k TV screen, dining area with large table and four chairs, fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher), one bedroom with a double bed of 180 x 200, built-in wardrobe and adjacent bathroom with large shower tray, another bedroom with two beds of 90 x 200, and built-in wardrobe. A second bathroom, next to the latter bedroom, also with generous shower tray (flush with the floor). The surface of this first set is 75 m². Includes air conditioning and 4G mobile network internet coverage. Offers a large terrace of 44 m² with East/Southeast orientation. Furnished with plants, large garden furniture, a table and four chairs, from where to enjoy a clear view of the natural reserve and the Mediterranean Sea.



Easy parking on the residential streets. There are external lifts to move between a large communal area and the three swimming pools (maximum depth 1.40 m). These with their green landscaped environment, with a waterfall and two jacuzzis, provide relaxation and well-being for the whole family. Available: sun loungers, cloakroom and toilets.

Tenants commit after signing the rental contract to take note of the welcome book, with all its practical information, advice for the proper use of the accommodation equipment and coexistence rules of the residential. They commit to respecting and applying them.



Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!



Key collection will be made at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodation will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages, either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of €28 non-refundable.



The beaches of Xeraco and Gandia, 3 km and 8 km respectively, offer lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth making. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountain and through the marjal. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. The beach of l'Ahuir, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings between the beaches of Xeraco and Gandia, for its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.

Leuk en schoon complex geweldig voor het gezin met jongere kinderen. Auto wel een must want verder is er niets in de directe omgeving.
