We had patio with view of lake. Weeds obstructed nice view. Gates never closed outside so patio was accessible to anyone. Door to patio didn’t close well. No hotel sitting area. Small, smelly ( I bought an air freshener spray) run down rooms. Couldn’t wait to leave.

I have a bait and switch pulled on me. I wanted to stay at the Vue but I was put in the motel across the street horrible place would’ve been better off sleeping in my car the worst shower I’ve ever had in my life!

We loved the close proximity to the downtown area. Was great to be able to park our vehicle at the hotel and walk the River Walk to the places we wanted to visit. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the Dells area. We had a beautiful view from our room of the Wisconsin River.

This is not a boutique hotel in any way. The view at the Vue is amazing. Our room screamed old Days Inn. The soap dispensers in the shower were either not working or empty. The door to our balcony didn’t lock. The boathouse was really very nice great deck with a great view of the river. That’d be about the only positive thing I can say about this place is the view of the river is awesome. This is not worth the price.

The room is very small, but comfortable and extremely clean. I would suggest removing the bulky dresser in order to be able to move around the room a little better. Four people would be crowded, but it was just the two of us so it worked out just fine. The view from the balcony is the entire reason we chose this hotel - just beautiful. We were disappointed the restaurant downstairs wasn't open for breakfast, but we did find Denny's Diner on the other side of town, which was delicious! Would definitely stay here again.
