I was impressed with the service. At check-in I was created and also given an early check-in. I returned to the desk few hours later and was greeted by name. I was in the hotel business for 25 years. Names and remembering names add a very special touch. I will be returning with my son.

We loved that it's pet friendly, we don't go anywhere without 4 legged baby. We were tucked away in the back , but that was ok. I can imagine the rooms closer to the pool area are nicer. The room could use a little more attention to the cleaner. There was lots of dust in the corners and some mold in the bathroom. I do rec that this is a pet friendly beach hotel. I'm not expecting 4 Seasons. The staff was great, my husband loved the breakfast. Walking distance to shops, food, and best the beach. We are already planning another trip.

Staff was friendly and helpful but disappointed in the room. We checked in for 5 minutes and checked right out after discovering a cockroach in the drapes. They say it's very common in Florida and called a waterbug, but was still unacceptable. Can't review the whole hotel and pool area as we didn't stay
