The staff courteous but I feel like I could have been assigned a better room as explained below. The room was clean. But we were placed in a room on the 2nd floor, with the window looking out to the roof top air conditioners. This was especially disappointing when this was the middle of the week, when the hotel was nowhere close to being full. There was absolutely no reason we should have been placed in that particular room, instead of one with a better view. I actually asked for a river view and was told none of the rooms had a river view, which was fine, but then you place me in a room with the absolute worse view......

I paid extra for early room access and when I asked most employees how to get to my room, they kept sending me to Cherokee Towers because it said CT, but we were Creek Tower so we went around so much all around the hotel trying to find our room. A lot of employees didn’t speak English or know how to help that I should’ve just not paid the other extra check in for early because but then we get to our room. It was later anyway, so that part was aggravating. It was too big and not enough directory.

Clean rooms with lots of rooms for kids. All amenities included for convenience and nice walking grounds. Restaurants in hotel need faster service. Food took a long time to order and longer wait times. Not ideal when you're in a hurry and also pricey.
