The room was outdated. It had a terrible smell when you turned on the a/c. You have to ask for your room to be cleaned. I asked for room service and never received it. You can hear the people next to you talking. Definitely not worth the price we paid. I have no idea how this hotel is rated so high.

They were the only hotel that accepted us around 11PM with our dogs, the day before Christmas Eve. Betty made amazing breakfasts! The staff, Erin, Sabrina, Derek, Scott,and Jacob went above and beyond for our family. It was hard not being sad to leave.

The room was dark and the furniture was old and worn. The shower was great and the bed was comfortable. The balcony was nice. The manager was cold and unfriendly. He never even smiled. We weren't allowed to serve ourselves at breakfast. And menu options were very limited.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Got our room set up for us as quick as he could for an unexpected early check-in. We walked down the road to grab lunch and we got called as soon as the room was ready.

The location was very nice, walkable, close by the ocean and with some convenient cafes and places nearby. Although the weather wasn't conducive the pool and hot tub amenities were nice. The staff were helpful. The downside is it's quite noisy with people walking through the hallway or above you. noisy
