I liked everything except when I called front desk to ask if they could tell the couple in my area to keep their children in their room because they were running and screaming very loudly in the hall disturbing my rest(this went on for over an hour) she told me in a scolding tone that it is during the day and would send someone anyway. The hallway isn’t a playground and guests should be able to enjoy resting during our stay here. I can always stay elsewhere where I dont get scolded and spend my money. It was behind 10:00 am.

Nice room. There was a vent in the hall filled with stagnant condensation water- created a sewer-like stench right outside our room (3125) I reported it at front desk. We were also charged a “resort fee” but the pool and jacuzzis were closed down. Not appropriate.

I booked a specific room and was told I didn’t book that room and was given what I didn’t book. That’s a bit upsetting for my first experience and this hotel. If you book something and pay for it to be reserve I’d expect for it to be reserved! Also not be told I didn’t book something when I clearly have proof i booked and reserved something specific!

Room was clean and check in staff was really nice. The pool was closed and we had to walk to go to the other hotel. Over it was not a family friendly hotel. We walked over to Don Laughlin to use their arcade and bowling alley, movie theater.

Our stay was nice. It is Laughlin, so none of the hotels are great, but this one is one of the nicer ones. The casino and 24 hr food options (McDonald's & Subway) are some of the deciding factors for my family. The pool is salt water yuck! And is pretty far from the rooms. So you're walking through the whole casino after a swim. But overall it's a solid hotel. Clean and the beds are comfy. The wall of windows makes a beautiful sight first thing in the morning! By far my favorite thing about the Aquarius.
