Room that I stayed in it.This hotel was very clean.You have excellent housekeepers.Everything was ready when I got there.The receptacle was very patient and explained to me that it was on a second floor and how to get there , which is very helpful.

We usually stay here when coming to Mystic, but this time was different. The lobby was freezing to start. The side door from the parking lot to the rooms was broken so anyone could get in. In our room, the toilet seat was broken and the shower was leaking. In the morning there was no coffee put out and to check out there was no one in sight. There was a note to leave keys in the box or you can call to have someone come. This was my go to place when we come, unfortunately we might have to look elsewhere.

A decent hotel. I stayed there for one night, and if I travel to that area again, I would definitely stay there again. The carpets and the room itself were clean, but there were someone’s fake nails in the nightstand next to the bed. The curtain was torn, and there was a cigarette butt left on the balcony. Overall, the room was nice and you feel safe there. They said there would be coffee in the morning, but it wasn’t available, so I went to a diner less than a minute’s walk away, where hotel guests receive a 10% discount. Everything you might need is nearby.

Front desk was never manned any time we stopped by. No coffee or tea in lobby as advertised. Our room was frigid since no one had turned the heat on. It took 18 hours for the heat to take the chill off the room. We had 2 sinks in separate locations and a tub/ shower combo . We were given 1 tiny bar of soap to use for all. We will not return to this hotel.

when I booked this hotel they said there was breakfast there was no breakfast so we went in they said there was coffee and then there was no coffee.. overall the rooms are fantastic in my opinion but the owner or operator of this hotel is false advertising or continental breakfast and coffee and you get neither they send you to the restaurant that is so expensive it's not even worth eating there it was $7 for two coffees when they're supposed to be free at this hotel

There was never anyone at the front desk. You had to call a number to get anyone to respond. They seemed put out that you needed any assistance. When they responded they were on personal phone calls. Beds were uncomfortable, bedding had stains on it. Towels were small and stiff, not to mention not enough for everyone staying in the room. Had to ask for towels for the pool area because there was never any in the pool area. Front lobby was freezing cold. There was never any coffee in the lobby like they stated.

The room was very dirty. I had to use disinfecting wipes all around especially the bathroom. There was a layer of dust on top of the fridge and on all the pictures and lamps. The room was just in awful shape all around. We stayed her about 7 years ago and it was nothing like this. There was a sliding door that even when closed and locked had a small gap that was open to the outside. Worst hotel experience I've ever had.

Everything in the room was falling apart. The bedside table had sticky spots all over from where someone clearly spilt a drink. The sheets were covered in stains. The desk chair was covered in white crumbs. There was black mold all over the ceiling of the bathroom. And there was a door to the outside (I was on the first floor) that didn't even lock. Anyone could've walked in. There was a bar that was (I'm assuming) supposed to stop someone from opening the door. But when I tested it to see of the door was locked the bar just fell out... I checked out less than 2 hrs after checking in. I went to dinner after check in and checked out as soon as I returned after eating. This is the filthiest most unsafe hotel I have ever made a reservation at. I would NOT recommend anyone stay here. No matter how cheap it is.
