Although I traveled to this property for business, I noticed that this would be an amazing place to visit for families, there are a lot of activities for kids and adults. This is geared mostly towards families with the water parks (indoor and outdoor), a huge resort with lots of fun things to do, bowling, rides, arcade, putt-putt, etc. There are some restaurants in and outside of the water parks. My room was clean and quiet, you can hear kids running up and down the hall but to be expected because of what this resort is all about. The staff was helpful, the parking was easy and safe as was the rest of the resort. I did play golf at the on-site course on my day off, a nice and well maintained course. I was there for a convention which the center was connected to my hotel (Stone Hill Lodge) so the walk was short and easy. I would recommend this resort to anyone traveling for fun or business.

Uncomfortable beds

We always have a wonderful time here. Love the vibe and the cozy atmosphere. However, since the remodel at the Stonehill Lodge, I found the beds to be very uncomfortable. They are now platform beds and it feels like laying on a sleeping bag on the floor. That is the only issue I had with this visit.

Staff was great. Room was comfortable. Very long walk to our room. Only complaint is poorly built building. You can hear everything above your room. Kids running woke us up. For a family resort, they needed to improve this.
