My experience since check-in has been deeply disappointing due to the unprofessional attitude of the staff. I believe that hospitality requires a high standard of service, yet the team lacked basic etiquette. Specifically, when I attempted to extend my stay, the receptionist was dismissive, repeatedly stating the checkout time without addressing my request. After four attempts to get help, she hung up on me, forcing me to go to the lobby in person. While the Assistant Manager, Sergio, apologized for her behavior, I found the situation entirely unacceptable. Although the restaurant was excellent, the poor service at the front desk makes it difficult to recommend this hotel.
