When you're not enjoying the array of community amenities, as well as aquatic activities along the river, venture to Noah's Ark and Mt. Olympus for water adventures galore - both within six miles of your home base.

After a day full of fun, retreat to your home away from home for relaxation and leisure. Complimentary WiFi and central air-conditioning keep everyone plugged in with comfort, while the kitchenette features a full-size oven/stove, microwave, and coffee maker and is great for storing and warming meals from dining options nearby. This rental also includes several quaint gathering areas including bar seating as well as the cozy sofa where you can unwind and watch your favorite shows together on the TV. A patio area located outside the vacation rental allows you to get fresh air while taking in the amazing day.

Things to Know
Guests cannot access the shared amenities the resort offers without the additional purchase of Chula Vista waterpark wristbands. Guests may purchase waterpark wristbands separately through the official Chula Vista website. The resort is just a short walk from the home, and our rental rates have been adjusted accordingly to reflect the lack of included waterpark access.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
