This home is the perfect retreat for families and groups of friends traveling together. Nestled in the heart of the Capitol Hill / Eastern Market neighborhood, it offers a refined blend of comfort and convenience — thoughtfully equipped with every essential to make your stay effortless and memorable.

The Space:
Tucked away on a charming, tree-lined street, this home offers a peaceful retreat from the energy of the city while keeping you close to it all. Inside, you’ll find a spacious living room featuring a Smart TV, perfect for cozy movie nights or relaxing after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, a coffee maker, and all the cookware you need to prepare a delicious meal at home.

The home comfortably accommodates up to four guests with the following sleeping configuration:
-two guests in the queen-sized bed in the primary bedroom
-two guests in the full-sized bed in the second bedroom.

The full bathroom includes a shower/tub combination and comes stocked with fresh towels, soaps, and essential toiletries to make your stay effortless and enjoyable. We look forward to welcoming you and ensuring a comfortable, memorable stay. We look forward to hosting you!

Guest Access:
The unit is not shared. Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

There is a family living upstairs. Please note that the everyday sounds and noises of family life (footsteps, stairs, kids playing, etc.) can be heard in both directions. You will undoubtedly hear them (and they will hear you) as they go about their everyday life.

Within a short stroll, you’ll find some of Washington’s most distinguished landmarks like the United States Capitol, Library of Congress, and Supreme Court of the United States.
