It directly borders the Royal Łazienki Park and is within walking distance of Morskie Oko Park and Agrykola Park, while neighboring numerous embassies (including those of the United Kingdom, Spain, the Netherlands, Japan, and others).

This is a rare combination of a central location with excellent access to the rest of Warsaw and a peaceful enclave amidst green surroundings: parks, embassies, walking paths, bike trails, old streets, and charming restaurants. Royal Łazienki Park is known for its exceptional architecture, beautiful gardens, and rich history, reflected in landmarks such as the Palace on the Isle, the Old Orangery, the White Pavilion, and the Amphitheatre on the Water. One of the park’s most iconic events is the Chopin summer concerts, held annually from May to September. These free concerts take place every Sunday at 12:00 and 16:00 by the Fryderyk Chopin Monument and attract both locals and tourists from around the world.

Royal Baths Inviting Apartment features three separate bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony where guests can relax with their morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. A range of practical amenities is available to guests, including fast free WiFi, cable TV, access to the Netflix streaming platform, a cooling fan, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, fridge with freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and kitchenware.
