Bokserska Homely Studio is an apartment located in the southern part of Warsaw, at Bokserska Street 34, in the dynamically developing Służewiec district. It is an excellent location for those who appreciate the convenience of urban life with quick access to the city’s key points while also seeking a quiet place to relax.

In the immediate vicinity, there are many shops, cafés, restaurants, and service points. Within a short walk, you will find, among others, Galeria Mokotów – one of the largest shopping centers in Warsaw, offering a wide range of stores, dining options, a cinema, and fitness clubs. For lovers of active leisure and nature, numerous green areas are located nearby, such as Park Dolinka Służewiecka, Park Romana Kozłowskiego, and the square by the Służewiec Stream – ideal places for a walk, jogging, or relaxing outdoors.

The location on Bokserska Street ensures very good transport connections with the rest of the city. Nearby, there are bus stops (Bokserska, Jadźwingów) that provide quick access to the Wilanowska or Służew metro stations, from where you can easily reach Warsaw’s center, the Old Town, or other attractions of the capital. Approximately a 10-minute drive by car will bring you to Warsaw Zachodnia Station, and a little further is the Central Station.

For air travelers, a major advantage is the proximity to Chopin Airport – the trip takes about 10 minutes by taxi or 27 minutes by public transport. From Modlin Airport, it takes approximately 76 minutes by taxi or 146 minutes by public transport.

Please note, however, that these items are available in limited quantities and are intended primarily for the first days of your stay. For your continued comfort, we recommend that you purchase additional supplies according to your needs.
