North facing with high ceilings, Lava House is a fully renovated, immaculately presented house with all new appliances, furniture and fixtures.

All beds have quality Mini Jumbuk doonas with Adairs cotton linen provided for your stay.



Bedrooms 1 and 2 both have a queen bed, flat screen TV, bedside tables / lamps, workspace with desk and chair and wardrobes. Bedroom 1 also has an electric fireplace.



Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, a wardrobe and bedside table and lamp.



The renovated kitchen has ample space for cooking and entertaining with an induction cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, double sink, large pantry and Electrolux fridge with plumbed ice and filtered water.



You will also find a Nespresso coffee machine, rice cooker, condiments and sandwich maker for your convenience.



The induction cooktop features hub to hood technology. As you start cooking, the rangehood will automatically turn on, then intuitively adjust the fan speed and airflow to match your cooking



Experience comfort all year round with central air conditioning / heating throughout the house. The stone walls create the perfect insulation in the hot and cold weather.



The cosy lounge has an electric fireplace, L shaped leather couch, two chairs and flat screen TV.



The bathroom features a large walk in shower with large shower head and hand shower, toilet and vanity with mirror cabinet above.



The sunroom at the rear of the house features 2 large comfy chairs. This area opens up to a grassed enclosed yard at the back, which has a dining table that seats 6. Both lovely spaces to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing.



The spacious laundry has a washing machine and dryer, second toilet, large sink and plenty of cupboards.



There is room for 2 cars at the back of the house (entry via the laneway). This laneway is shared with the neighbours, so please don`t park in the laneway. There is also a third `outside` toilet at the back of the property.



Guests have access to the whole property.
