"We came as two couples with 2 rooms, our friends with the more expensive room found other people still in the room after they checked in and went up. Our AC died on the second night and we had to be moved. The new room had a malfunctioning toilet, which was fixed asap. The AC was freezing and we couldn’t get it to lower. We kept the lanai door open to ease the cold. The staff at swell was really wonderful, especially the young man waiter. He’s like 20, Asian mix, sorry can’t remember his name but he took amazing care of us!"
