Ideally located in the heart of Vogüē, classified "Most beautiful Village of France", come and discover this beautiful typical house of 75 m² and let yourself be seduced by its beautiful volumes, its traditional floor tiles and its stone walls.
Only 100 metres from the Château, the Ardèche river and close to all the shops, this house is the ideal pied-à-terre for a stay of up to 5 people, ideally 2 adults and 3 children).
You will have a beautiful living room with a sitting area and a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Bed linen and towels are extra. Wifi.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

Ground floor:
In entrance with a beautiful staircase allowing you to access the main rooms.

First floor:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV and a large fireplace (wood not provided) as well as a dining area with a convivial dining table that can accommodate up to 4 people.
- A kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped: central island with two stools, fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee pod.
- A laundry room with a washing machine.

Second floor, equipped with an air conditioner:
- Bedroom 1: a Queen-Size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: a single bed and a pull-out bed (3 beds possible), ideal for children.
- A bathroom with a corner bath, a washbasin, a hairdryer and a toilet.

Neighbourhood:
The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the castle of Vogüé and a few meters from the shopping street with its shops and restaurants. The beach of Voguë is less than 300 m away on foot where you can enjoy swimming in the river!

Activities :
- Visit the castle of Vogüé (April to November).
- Canoeing on the Ardèche from the Vogüé beach.
- Visit the Natural Parks of the Monts d'Ardèche and the Cévènnes.
- Hiking from the village and the Via Ardèche cycle path.
- Visit the surrounding villages and towns: Balazuc, Ailhon, Aubenas, Orange, Valence, Montélimar.

Transport :
- Bus line 76: Valence TGV, Montélimar, Vallon-Pont-d'Arc.
- Livron train station located 60 km away (1h10), Montélimar station located 37 km away (42 min by car).
- Avignon airport is 120 km away (1h30 by car).

- Free parking spaces located 150 m from the accommodation.

- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
