This villa is located in the spectacular environment of the Embalse de la Viñuela, and it is provided with astonishing views that will leave you speechless. It is distributed in two separate houses located on the ground and first floor of the villa, which, however, are united from the outside. Therefore, this huge holiday home can welcome up to 10 people, thus making it the ideal place where families or groups of friends can spend their well-earned holidays whichever the season.

The main house (House A) is located on the first floor of the villa and it can welcome 6 people. It is divided into a dining-living room with fireplace, a completely equipped open kitchen with high-quality electric appliances, three bedrooms, one with a double bed and one en-suite with bathtub, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, alongside another bathroom with bathtub. The house is completed by spacious terraces with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and La Viñuela lake.

The smaller house (House B) is located on the ground floor and it can welcome up to 4 people. It has a dining-living room that shares space with a completely equipped open kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, one with two single beds and one bathroom with bathtub. This house is also provided with a porch with breathtaking views of the mountains as well as direct access to the garden.

The holiday home is characterised by a privileged location, which allows its guests to enjoy the quietness and intimacy provided. The house is completely fenced and has a wide parking area, private pool, parasols, sun loungers and side tables, outdoor cafeteria with barbecue and an outdoor bathroom.
