Located in the heart of the village of Vinneuf, this cozy country house welcomes you in a peaceful setting. You have full and private access to the 60 m² house and a private 120 m² courtyard.

🏡 You will have full and private access to the 60 m² house, composed of:

🛋️ A comfortable living room with a sofa, coffee table, large dining table, ceiling fan, board games, and a connected TV. Windows are fitted with mosquito screens and electric roller shutters.

🍽️ A fully equipped kitchen: oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, utensils, and tableware.

🛏️ A master bedroom with a double bed (linens included), a dressing table, a wardrobe, a TV, and a ceiling fan. Windows are fitted with mosquito screens and electric roller shutters.

🛏️ A second bedroom with two single beds (linens included), a fold-out chair that converts into an extra bed (185 × 72), a TV, and a ceiling fan. Windows are fitted with mosquito screens and electric roller shutters.

🚿 A bathroom with a walk-in shower (towels included) + toilet.

The house offers Wi-Fi access in all rooms (+100 Mbps).
Both bedrooms enjoy a beautiful view of the Burgundian countryside.
The staircase is equipped with a safety gate for children.

🧳 The entire house as well as the courtyard are fully dedicated to you.

The entrance is exclusively reserved for you, and you can arrive completely independently at any time from 4:00 PM onwards, thanks to the instructions that will be sent to you just before your arrival, allowing you to open the smart lock.
