This home is elegant and spacious, and is a home where guests can have a quality, hassle-free beachside holiday with their extended family or groups of friends. Both upstairs and downstairs is complete with open plan living and gourmet kitchens. Guests can enjoy the views to Jervis Bay from the balcony upstairs, or access the backyard from the downstairs living area. This home has all the space and comfort you will need to enjoy good times with family and friends on your beachside holiday!

Blanca Beach House for 12 is only minutes walk from the beautiful beaches of Jervis Bay! The bike path that leads to Huskisson is also close by. The local shops are within a few minutes drive, as are the towns of Huskisson and Hyams Beach. There is also a boat ramp at Plantation Point is around 500 metres from the house.

The home is modern and spacious and has quality inclusions such as induction cooking, 2 BBQs, 6 bedrooms (2 with ensuites) and 2 laundries. The property doesn't have carpet so is considered hypoallergenic. Guests will enjoy staying in this premium property so close to the beaches!
How is the property laid out?
Blanca Beach House for 12 is the left hand side of a duplex building, both upstairs and downstairs. Walk down the path to the left of the house and enter through the front door. On this level you will find a king bedroom with ensuite, 2 queen bedrooms, and a shared bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, and a full laundry. Continue down the hall to the open plan living, dining and kitchen area which look out to the terrace and grassed area. The upstairs level is accessed by a separate door at the front of the property (there is no internal access between upstairs and downstairs). The upstairs level also has a king bedroom with ensuite, 2 queen bedrooms, and shared bathroom. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area are located at the front of the dwelling and open to a balcony where guests can enjoy views of Jervis Bay!
WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property.
There is a large Samsung smart TV in each lounge room. Please bring your own login details for streaming services.
