Casa Fioretta is a graceful two-story apartment situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps five people. From Casa Fioretta you will have a view of the surrounding buildings. Casa Fioretta is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a private patio, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Vietri sul Mare, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find a number of restaurants and a grocery store at 200 meters (660 feet), the stop for the local bus at 170 meters (560 feet) and the closest beach at 300 meters (approximately 990 feet).
Casa Fioretta is located on the ground floor of an ancient building. You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Fioretta. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.

Patio
The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is equipped with two armchairs and with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella.
Entrance LevelKitchen
The kitchen is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The room also has a small high window.
Mezzanine Level
In the kitchen you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it climbing 15 steps. The mezzanine is paved with wood. The furnishings of the mezzanine include a divan bed for one guest. The ceiling is vaulted. In this room you will find a television (local channels).
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has no windows.
Bathroom
The bathroom is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an access area. Here you will find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. Top LevelBedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
The second bedroom is paved with wood. The ceiling is vaulted. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed).
