Very clean, spacious and updated home in Langford. A little bit of a distance from downtown Victoria and Butchart Gardens but quiet suburban neighborhood good for families. There is a shopping plaza across the subdivision with a fantastic grocery store and really nice cafes and restaurants. The home has a shared space( shared wall, shared driveway) perhaps an extension on the home with an occupant living there and therefore there were noise rules during night time hours posted inside the house. That wasn’t mentioned in the listing. Home is clean, spacious, good internet so served us well for our needs.
