The apartment is located on the ground floor and has been recently renovated with high-quality finishes in a modern and elegant style.

In the living area you will find a lounge with an extendable dining table for 4 people, a comfortable sofa and a living area with a 55" Smart TV and, for our younger guests, a fantastic Playstation 4 video game console!
The entire area is air-conditioned by a dedicated split.

Adjacent to the living area, we have a convenient kitchen equipped with a traditional gas hob, modern appliances and accessories, as well as a breakfast area with espresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave oven.

In the sleeping area we have a large double bedroom, a small bedroom with a French double bed (140x190), a utility room with laundry and the main bathroom with a modern walk-in shower!

Our double bedroom is the room that, more than any other, is equipped with every comfort, ready to give you a stay dedicated to rest and tranquillity!

To offer you maximum comfort, we have equipped the room with a large 6-door wardrobe with central drawers. A luggage rack and bedside tables are also available.

A central designer ceiling lamp with integrated fan, controllable by remote control, allows you to create a unique atmosphere.

A 40” Smart TV for viewing from the bed and convenient electrical outlets with USB ports near the bedside tables to charge your devices are everything you will need to enjoy your stay at The Red House - Verona Holiday & Business.

The double bedroom is air-conditioned by a dedicated split.
It is also equipped with triple-glazed windows with mosquito nets and a blackout, sound-absorbing curtain to minimize noise from outside.

A large window with mosquito net brightens the room, which overlooks the quiet courtyard at the back of the building.
