I have been here 6 days now..I cannot give them anything higher than 5 stars because there is no options. This location is totally different, it is owned by an Indian couple who is there everyday. So nice so sweet and I disvovered that there is the buffet for 16.99 sushi. OMG I used to pay 35.00 for dinner and at lunch what a treat. Next to Publix. Location of this hotel is perfect. We are on a biz trip but we treated ourselves like we are on vacation. Cheap cheap all you can eat sushi buffet. Great trip.

Friendly place to stay as a business owner, we have limited time to spare so this place is awesome. Restaurant and shopping nearby. Bank of America is next door. Down town is a walking distance away. This place is well maintained, small but nice and clean. Staff is so friendly and really professional from housekeeping for front desk services. Breakfast is continental with hot oatmeal package and hot water, apple, and pancake with setup, yogurt and muffin, toast, bagels. Typical what you will find when you travel in Europe. No bacons sausages or potatoes like other hotel. Very healthy with variety of juices. Great stay and we extended our stay because it is right next to Flanigan Restaurant, lunch and dinner menu choice were excellent. Walk to Wawa for other essentials and we went to downtown for shopping experience. We are staying for business and leisure this hotel is the best for your money if you are a small business not a big corporation. It has been a pleasant stay 3 nights so far. Property was very run down. Bathroom had lots of rust, holes in the walls, the shower curtain kept falling, and there was no fan. The are multiple stains on the wall which are very unnerving. The door from the parking lot to the part of the building we were staying in does not lock even though it is stated that it does. The breakfast had no protein options (eggs, bacon, sausage) and the only “healthy” food was apples. Staff was nice but the whole experience was unpleasant.

Right now made a quick sudden stop in Vero Beach. Didn’t wanna drive back to Jacksonville ended up at the comfort suites the rooms were modern homie, clean, and comfortable. Will definitely be staying there again.

I don't know what "Eco-Friendliness" is - like do they have a vegetable garden on their roof? WTH Anyways, good price point at a hundred bucks a night. No frills - really... NONE. You get a bed, a shower that works. that's it- internet didn't work, phone didn't work to call downstairs. Door did lock, so you got that going for you.

Room & bathroom appeared well cleaned, WiFi kept going in & out + I did not have opportunity to use pool. The room air conditioner had some setting/button that would not allow it to keep the air running at a certain temp on low all nite. Similar to a home a/c, it would go off + on when it met the temp, it would get uncomfortably warm before going back on. I was awakened 3 times to adjust it as the warmth would wake me. Not a restful nite. The staff was very nice, friendly & helpful at desk & over the phone each time I called with reservation issues-this user error, not hotel fault. Continental breakfast had a nice variety & all food was fresh. I would recommend for an evening or weekend if ur just sleeping, but I am not sure I would stay more than 1nite.

The room was damp and musty; the carpet was damp; our clothing was also damp. I suggested they get a dehumidifier; the reply was that the room doesn't get sun, so keep the AC set low. The Shower fixture was ancient. The breakfast was not much. It offered Muffins, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, juices, Coffee, tea, yogurt, apples, and a waffle maker. It was ok, you get what you pay for.

Based on the price I had low expectations. The location is great, plenty of restaurants and entertainment around. The hotel itself was dirty (found a roach in my room), the side door with a sign stating to use your room key for re-entry was always unlocked. The breakfast options are great for people looking to indulge in carbs. Anyone on a high protein or gluten free diet will have to eat somewhere else.

Clean the floors why don’t you?

There was mold on the ceiling, floors were filthy, fixtures broken, bed was hard…there was a wild party next door until 2am. The only good thing was the delicious dinner at the attached restaurant.
