Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
never rcd code. They texted message that gave me a short time to complete a form. I did not see the message could not contact them after10pm.. We were stranded at 10:30pm w/12 yr old, 2 seniors w/crutch and son at night in Venice no where to stay.
