Regarding the cancellation policy, cancellations made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date are free of charge, though a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained in all cancellation cases. Should a cancellation occur less than 60 days before arrival, you retain the right to propose a replacement tenant, provided that the substitute tenant is deemed reasonable and financially solvent by the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the rental agreement under the existing conditions, and both the original tenant and the substitute tenant shall be jointly and severally liable for the full rental amount. The date on which the landlord or the booking office receives the cancellation notification is the determining factor for the applicable cancellation fee. For notifications received on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, the following working day shall be considered the date of receipt. In the event of a premature termination of the rental period, the entire rental fee shall remain owed in full.
